A well known Chicago gangster put money on Young M.A.'s head a few days ago. Apparently, Tax Stone is not here for Chicagoans coming at New York rappers. Thus, he announced that he was banning Chicago rappers from New York. Now, if you're not familiar this is a big deal because allegedly Tax Stone has connections to the Troy Ave shooting.
