Rising rapper Fergie Baby has been the talk of New York for sometime now. The West Harlem native prides himself on hard work and dedication; spending many long nights in the studio. On October 10th, J&J Public Relations curated an event for Fergie Baby and friends for a sneak peak of their forthcoming project Groove Gods United.
A Groovegod is more than just Gods and goddess’s uniting. It’s a legacy, it’s an empire, it’s a lifestyle. Individuals came together to create something unique , exciting, something groovy to the world. Different energy, different swag, different sounds. To Be a Groove God Means To Be Yourself , To stand in your truth , Do Everything With Love And always have Great Energy , Workin Hard Every Day n Night In The Studio , To challenge Each Other, to teach one another & build ourselves to be stronger and become a strong unit that was built on a greater foundation.
I had the pleasure of attending the event for a sneak peak and I must say the whole session was definitely a vibe. Everyone that was involved had great energy and a great sound that went perfect with the drinks that flowed throughout the night. After the listening session, there was a video shoot for Fergie’s single “Thoopid” which literally shut down the whole block. I’m super excited for the release of Groove Gods United therefore the world can experience what attendees got to experience that night.
