Drake is being sued by a New Orleans producer who alleges that Drake stole beats and used them for singles like "Nice For What" and "In My Feelings". Sam Skully has officially filed a lawsuit against Drake and collaborator Big Freedia. Skully claims he released a CD back in 2000 which featured a track "Roll Call" which was sampled for Drake's single "In My Feelings". He also claims that Drake used his tunes on his "Nice For What" single as well. Skully is suing for damages, and mentions record labels like Asylum, Cash Money and Republic in the suit. Drake and his team have yet to comment.
