The City Girls quickly rose to the top this past year when their mixtape Period dropped. They also gained major attention for being featured on Drake's #1 single "In My Feelings". Unfortunately, things took a slight turn when member JT had to turn herself in for fraud back in July. Rumors surfaced that she was sentenced for two years and would not be released until 2020. Sometime last week, fellow member Yung Miami took to twitter before deleting her account to announce that JT would be home in July. CEO of Quality Control, Pee posted a message from JT on Instagram which can be seen below and also announced that their album would be dropping very soon. I'm super excited for the album and wonder who they have collaborated with.
