Hailing from the Soundview section of the Bronx comes a female artist who is new to the industry but no stranger to the pen. Miss America stepped on the scene with a freestyle to Stefflon Don's "Hurtin Me". The freestyle drew the attention of New York City DJs, producers and Hip Hop curators that pushed her to take her music to the next level. With the help of Giant Music Group, Miss America decided to release a mixtape entitled Dear Diary. In the beginning of the mixtape, Miss America shows a softer side of her expressing feelings toward different relationship scenarios, that any girl can relate to.
