Dmx May Have To Serve 5 Years

DMX is still going through legal issues. He is currently awaiting a sentence after pleading guilty to being delinquent on $1.7 million dollars in taxes. According to recent reports, New York prosecutors are looking to give the Ruff Ryder rapper 5 years in prison. DMX's lawyer Murray Richman is looking for probation and drug treatment for the rapper, which would allow him to perform in order to pay back his debt. I hope everything works out for him.
