Judge Puts DMX On House Arrest

DMX has been on probation for allegedly trying to cheat the IRS out of $1.7 million. The "How it's going down" rapper was put on house arrest yesterday after failing 4 drug tests. The judge ordered that DMX go nowhere without permission of the court. Yikes D!
