Bianca Bonnie formerly known as Young B is back on the scene. Since the release of her hit single "Chicken Noodle Soup", Bianca has grown physically, emotionally and lyrically. Today, she is a Love & Hip Hop cast member and grinding for the top spot as an entertainer. In this interview Bianca gave me some great but yet surprising answers as we talked her motivation, joining the cast of Love & Hip Hop, true love and so much more.
LilMissChitChat- If you were asked to describe Bianca, what would you say?
Bianca- I would describe her as legendary. A future Mogul in the making, a rookie & a young Vet, amazingly talented, focused, driven, hungry but still extremely Humble. Bianca is just always ready for whatever obstacles come her way in life.
LilMissChitChat- Who was Bianca in the era of Young B/Chicken Noodle Soup? How do you think you have evolved since then?
Bianca- Bianca was and still is one of the top artist coming out of Harlem, not only does she have the last hit record out of Harlem until this day but she has also been nominated & won a soul train award in 2007 for best dance and captivating the audience on a Tri State as well as international level. I believe I have really evolved since then because at the time I was 15 and now that I'm 24, I am actually a woman. I understand that I made mistakes at an early age and I have since then learned from my mistakes. I was blessed to be in the position to join the music industry at a young age, it gave me room to grow and the ability to maneuver in situations that other seasoned artists may not have the ability to do.
LilMissChitChat- Who/What is your biggest inspiration or motivation?
Bianca- My biggest inspiration and motivation is the poverty in the world. As long as there are people living that are starving and homeless it will always inspire and motivate me to go hard and keep pushing with my God given talent. Therefore I can make more money, become bigger artist and help not only my community but the world as a whole.
LilMissChitChat- What do you think sets you aside from other female artists?
Bianca- I'm different from other female artists because I came out at a very young age therefore I am able to come back and reinvent myself to be bigger and better. My unique voice, drive, energy and determination will also always set me aside from other female artists. There is no one like B.
LilMissChitChat- What made you decide to join the cast of "Love and Hip Hop"?
Bianca- I joined the cast of Love & Hip Hop because since the release in 2011, I loved the show and believed I would be a great as well as interesting addition to the cast.
LilMissChitChat- Are you in the process of working on a mixtape or album that we'll be hearing soon?
Bianca- I am in the process of finishing up my project "The 9th Year" which will be dropping this spring . I am also working on a project for "Summer Sixteen".
LilMissChitChat- If you had to choose between true love and being exactly where you wanted to be in your career, what would you choose?
Bianca- If I had to choose between true love and being exactly where I wanted to be in my career it would and always will be my career ..love is sometimes temporary my as my career is forever.
LilMissChitChat- If you could sit down and have dinner with anyone dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Bianca- No lie, since you said dead or alive; If I could sit down and have dinner with anyone it would probably be Harriet Tubman. She helped free hundreds of slaves. Harriet Tubman is definitely one of the most driven and strong minded females ever, especially in those circumstances. To have so many chances to escape slavery and help herself yet still go back and try to help others is just amazing to me.
LilMissChitChat- What do you think is the biggest obstacle you have faced in your career?
Bianca- I have faced many obstacles in my career. I actually face obstacles everyday. But honestly I don't think I have yet to face my biggest obstacle yet because I'm still climbing.
